Luxury Living and Stunning Views

Sandy City is well loved for its majestic mountain views. During the fall months, as the crisp air moves in, it’s like watching oil paint drip from canvas as color rolls down the mountainside.

Pepperwood Neighborhood in east Sandy off Wasatch Boulevard is a gated community loved for its half-acre lots, established landscapes, and custom luxury homes. This community offers a pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts. This general area is also composed of several existing and new construction communities, such as Dimple Dell, a desirable place for horse property, and The Cove at Hidden Valley, which backs a 27-hole golf course.

Willow Creek Neighborhood backs an 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Henry Hughes in 1957 and remodeled in 2004 by Damian Pascuzzo. This neighborhood is comprised of existing renovated homes primarily built in the 1970's. Lots range from one fourth to one third of an acre. Sandy City real estate will not disappoint! The drive time from Sandy to Salt Lake is 25 minutes. The drive time to Park City is 35 minutes.

Community & Lifestyle

Sandy City calls for the outdoor enthusiast in you to break free and unbridled! This area offers stunning tree-covered hiking and biking trails, cross-country sport, and some of the best skiing adventures in the United States. Little Cottonwood Canyon is home to both Snowbird and Alta Ski Resort. Big Cottonwood Canyon is home to Solitude and Brighton Ski Resort.

There are many off-season events and classes held at the resorts, including yoga classes and workshops, guided hikes and tours, and there are several fine dining options with awe-inspiring 360 mountain and valley views. Residents living in the area surrounding Wasatch Boulevard have immediate access to hiking trails outside of the canyons. Favorites include Bell Canyon Reservoir Trail, and Dimple Dell Regional Park, for horseback riding. As if this were not enough to delight your senses, Sandy has two world-class country clubs - Willow Creek Country Club offering an 18-hole course, and Hidden Valley Country Club offering a 27- hole course.

But recreation is not all there is to offer. During the summer months, enjoy music by local artists on the patio of Albion Grill. This is a fun event paired with the Wildflower Festival in July. Oktoberfest is held from August through October. This seasonal event brings the community together for the best in German food and music.
