Daybreak is a planned urban community in South Jordan, and a one-of-a-kind location. This walkable area offers widespread walking trails, lakes, alcove beaches, open space, children’s playgrounds, and a rec-center. Each neighborhood within Daybreak has its own pool and clubhouse.

Anticipate events to bring the community together at Daybreak Community. The amphitheater acts as a space for local musicians, festivals, and farmers' markets. This popular community gathering spot is located directly across the street from Soda Row Local Business District offering restaurants like, The Porch Fine Dining, and The Break Sports Bar and Grill.

Daybreak is in the process of building the largest public park in the county, along with an art center and additional local business space. Trax Transit runs into downtown Salt Lake, directly from Daybreak Community. Housing includes contemporary, Victorian and seaside designs, some with rooftop decks to capitalize on mountain and lake views. Lot sizes average from .06 - .18 acres. South Jordan real estate will not disappoint! Daybreak is an HOA community with fees ranging from $149 - $450 per month.

Greater South Jordan is composed of both existing and newer construction neighborhoods. Homes built prior to 2008 offer quarter to half acre lots. The newest homes, built from the year 2013 forward, tend to have smaller lots averaging .14 - .25 acres. In South Jordan, buyers get more bang for their buck on newer homes.
