Draper City offers homes built largely from the 2000’s to the present. East Draper is comprised of several luxury communities, including Hickory Ridge, Steeplechase, Corner Canyon Estates, and The Cove at Bear Canyon. Lots are well established and average in size from a quarter acre to half an acre.


Suncrest Community is located further south, a short ten-minute drive-up Traverse Mountain. This area offers luxury homes with breathtaking valley and mountain views, as well as new construction bedroom communities tucked into the corner of the hillside. Suncrest Community HOA includes a large outdoor pool, clubhouse, exercise room, basket-ball courts, and tennis court. The Ridge Market Café next door to the clubhouse is a favorite gathering spot of the locals for its delicious entrees, mile-high desserts, and broad sweeping mountain views which can be enjoyed from the patio.  


There are also several new construction communities in Draper valley. Mid-sized homes offer smaller lot sizes averaging .06 - .14 acres. Luxury homes average quarter acre to half acre lots. Draper real estate will not disappoint! The drive time to downtown Salt Lake is 20 - 30-minutes.The drive time to Park City is 35 minutes.

Draper is loved for its recreational trails within Suncrest Community and the lower valley. Favorites include Ghost Falls Trail Head, Cherry Canyon Logging Trail, Red Rock Trailhead, and Coyote Hollow Trailhead. Treehouse Gym, located in the heart of Draper, offers a weight room, cardio room, sauna, outdoor pool, spa, and cafe. The Draper Commercial Center hosts an array of chain and local restaurants, movie theater, shopping options, and grocery stores. South Mountain Golf Course is located at the base of Traverse Mountain in the lower valley.

​The Ridge Market Café in Suncrest Community is a favorite gathering spot of the locals for its delicious entrees, mile-high desserts, and broad sweeping mountain views which can be enjoyed from the patio. The Cliff Restaurant in lower Draper is loved for its posh city design and patio where patrons socialize over margaritas while enjoying mountain and valley views. Additional local favorites include Garage Grill, Goodwood Barbeque Company, Oak Wood Fire Kitchen, Tiburon, Gourmandise, and Sweet Lake Biscuits. For fine dining, look to The Charleston.
