KIMBALL JUNCTION
Housing
Kimball Junction has a small residential area on the north side of I-80. This area is composed of Spring Creek, Black Hawk Station and Trout Creek Communities.
Spring Creek offers a quick commute for residents working in Salt Lake. This is a small neighborhood of around 80 -90 homes. The back side of this community is well loved for the meandering views of East Canyon Creek, some of these homes boarding the water directly. Homes in this area were primarily built in the 90’s, although a large percentage have undergone extensive luxury renovations.
Trout Creek is a small and gated community of homes built in the early 2000’s. This quaint community offers a pool and direct access to the trailhead for Glenwild Trail Loop. The area offers smaller homes under 2000 sq. ft. for those looking to downsize into a leisurely lifestyle.
Black Hawk Station offers entry-level single-family homes with newer floorplans under 2400 sq. ft. There are approximately 160 homes built in the early 2000’s. The area offers easy access to trails, conveniences, and shopping.
